Rick Moody - USATF Level 1 & 2 Certified Running Coach

After being approached by several runners and working with many to new personal records, we are proud to announce personal running coaching directed by Hansons-Brooks South Coach Rick Moody.

 

There are three ways that Coach Moody will be able to provide the best training for each individual runner.

  1. Join a Warrior Adult Running Camp.  These camps are designed for adults 18 & up to provide a training format that will help runners become faster while training smarter.  These are 20 session meeting per month (Monday - Friday) which includes group training runs (long runs / easy runs / work-outs), form analysis, nutritional discussions, strength training for runners, dynamic warm-ups, and educational information.
  2. Sign up for a training cycle that is directed and designed by Coach Moody.  These cycles include a detailed plan on the steps necessary to achieve personal best times.  Runners will meet with Moody every other week to discuss training and for him to adjust each training plan.
  3. Training with Coach Moody.  This includes Moody attending one workout per week with a runner to monitor training and give on site advice.
