After being approached by several runners and working with many to new personal records, we are proud to announce personal running coaching directed by Hansons-Brooks South Coach Rick Moody.
There are three ways that Coach Moody will be able to provide the best training for each individual runner.
- Join a Warrior Adult Running Camp. These camps are designed for adults 18 & up to provide a training format that will help runners become faster while training smarter. These are 20 session meeting per month (Monday - Friday) which includes group training runs (long runs / easy runs / work-outs), form analysis, nutritional discussions, strength training for runners, dynamic warm-ups, and educational information.
- Sign up for a training cycle that is directed and designed by Coach Moody. These cycles include a detailed plan on the steps necessary to achieve personal best times. Runners will meet with Moody every other week to discuss training and for him to adjust each training plan.
- Training with Coach Moody. This includes Moody attending one workout per week with a runner to monitor training and give on site advice.
