5th year camp that will provide quality training in a summer camp atmosphere - formerly Warrior Running Camps.

| THE TRAINING: |
The clay roads and trails for running are located near WIU allow for summer mileage build-up with very little impact on your body compared to asphalt and concrete. |
| THE ACTIVITIES: |
This is a "Summer Camp for Runners", so expect to run and then play the rest of the day |
| SPEAKER SESSION: |
We will have them, but only once a day. You will receive running tips from highly qualified coaches |

Our campers will receive Room and Board, a T-shirt, Key Lanyard, Water Bottle, Training and tons of FUN and a camp dance!!! |
